Several options for all levels.

CROSSFIT
Our programming is designed to improve your fitness skills including gymnastics, weightlifting, cardio, agility, strength and everything in between. Our classes start with a warmup, followed by work on a skill or strength training and finally the workout of the day (WOD), consisting of structured functional movements performed at a high intensity. The outcome is a full hour of training that when followed consistently and paired with a healthy nutrition will help you be fit for life.
ON RAMP
New to the gym? Our 8 day on ramp program will take you through the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit and get you confident in your ability to move and take on our CrossFit classes.
LITHIUM KIDS
With Lithium CrossFit your kids will be paired with children their own age (8-12) in a fun upbeat environment. In these classes your kids will learn how to move their bodies in a functional way to keep them mobile and moving well in their everyday life while having fun and playing games.
WEIGHTLIFTING

In Lithium CrossFit’s weightlifting class one of our certified Olympic Weightlifting coaches will teach you the basic progressions of the snatch and clean and jerk. If you are new to the sport of weightlifting or have years of experience our coaches have the skills and experience to safely help you develop your skills and make you a better weightlifter.

LITHIUM REBOOT

6 weeks of fun Boot Camp style classes meeting twice per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:30 AM. Adaptable to all fitness levels. Be amazed by how much better you and your body will feel working out in a fun environment. This program includes 6 weekly mini nutrition challenges easily attainable and incredibly beneficial for your health.
