800m run with one 20/14lb wallball

150 wallballs

125 pushups

100 deadlifts (185/135)

125 sit-ups

400m run with wallball

*During run, partners may switch off who holds wallball.

*On wallballs, reps don’t count unless partner is holding deadlift bar at hips.

*On pushups, reps don’t count unless other partner is holding handstand against wall.

*On deadlift, reps don’t count unless partner is hanging from pullup bar.

*On sit-ups, reps don’t count unless partner is holding plank
