6 – Wall- Balls

7 – Pull-ups

8 – Burpees

9 – Dumbell Thrusters

10 – Knees to Elbows

11 – Sit-ups

12 – Lunges

Just like the song ! Start 1 Fairy Run / Then 2 -1 arm snatch and a Fairy run , Then 3 Push-ups, 2 – 1 arm snatch , then 1 Fairy run ……. and so on !!!
