15 Burpees

20 Alternating reverse lunges (40 total)

10 Push-ups

20 Ab curls

10 Tricep dips

REST 1 MINUTE

SET 2 – AMRAP 15 minutes

30 Squats

30 Mountain climbers

10 Overhead shoulder presses

20 Bicycle crunches

10 box jumps/step-ups

Finisher

Max plank hold
